Institute of Success and Goal Achievement guest Carl LaMastra at www.i-saga.net

If you are in any business – as owner, manager, or employee, then I know you got a lot out of the call with Carl LaMastra.  We are fortunate to have had Carl as a guest, as in his accounting practice he not only practices the principles he shared on the call, but he also helps his clients and audiences learn them as well.  It’s amazing that when he was 10 years old he started helping do the books for the family business, which started him toward the career he now has.

Carl gave some fantastic insights to the Institute of Success and Goal Achievement’s listeners to help us understand what the aspects of any business  are that ensure success, based on what the CEO wants you to know.  I know you can relate to the examples that Carl provided during the interview.  They really got me thinking about my business, and I know they will about yours, as well.

Institute of Success and Goal Achievement guest Rick DiBiasio at www.i-saga.net

Boy did this get started in a fun way – if I didn’t know Rick personally I might have been surprised about his fireworks comment (check out www.i-saga.net and the calendar and/or replay page if you missed this interview live).

Rick DiBiasio is a financial planner with a great book he just finished called The Affluent Artist.  Imagine if money were not an issue – how creative could you be?  Rick shared some wonderful insights about success for him (and I did get him to share a couple thoughts about his investment strategy), and about success patterns for the artists out there.  Not just “professional” artists, but how to let out the creative person in all of us ( I did get some great personal advice that might apply to you, too.)

Let us know what you thought of Rick’s fun interview on the Institute of Success and Goal Achievement’s weekly program, and look for his book – The Affluent Artist.

To Your Highest Success,

Pete Winiarski

Institute of Success and Goal Achievement guest Jamar Cobb-Dennard at www.i-saga.net

How cool was that?  Not only did Jamar ride his bike from LA to Boston, but his life completely changed from what it was before the ride.  Imagine agreeing to do this even though you had not trained or even owned a bicycle until just a couple days before the trip!  He was even thrown out of an Arby’s :)   (You’ll have to listen to the replay of this Institute of Success and Goal Achievement interview to know why – see www.i-saga.net.)

If you listened to this live, then you certainly appreciated the emotion and excitement of Jamar’s story.  Jamar shared his principles on how to live life “on purpose”.  Answer this: “what would you do every day for the rest of life even if you were not paid to do it?”  This give you a head start of understanding what your passions are.  Jamar did, and his life is completely different as a result.  He is now living on purpose, and is inspiring other people to do the same.

The bike ride for Jamar provided great context as he described how to live in balance, get “emotionally naked”, identify your dreams and make them a reality, and learn to work with your “big brain and little brain” so that you can achieve your goals.

Great story, great energy, and great insight!

Institute of Success and Goal Achievement guest Paul McCord at www.i-saga.net

We had a leap year guest!  This past Friday, February 29th, we interviewed speaker, author, and consultant Paul McCord as part of the Institute of Success and Goal Achievement’s weekly program.  Paul is a sales professional with years of fantastic results and experiences, and a couple books under his belt, including Creating a Million-Dollar-a-Year Sales Income – a book about referral sales, and his “hot off the press” SuperStar Selling: 12 Keys to becoming a Sales SuperStar.  Paul shared that it is harder today to find qualified prospets, because consumers have become completely numb to marketing methods.  His answer?  Work hard on preparation, get real referrals, and become known as a expert.

If you ever have anything to do with the sales process in your company or for yourself, then you’ll want to hear what Paul has to say.
