Kevin points out you can change your entire existence in just a heartbeat when you decide to shift your attitude. He provides many examples during the interview of how this is true for us.

Shifting your attitude and mindset begins with awareness. We can’t shift what we’re not aware of. Notice when you use negative thoughts or words, and simply decide to substitute a better feeling thought – one that can empower you to the results you want to achieve.

Remember, our thoughts form our words, which shape our actions, which determine our habits, which define our character, which ultimately creates our future. It all starts in our minds, so why not begin deliberately shaping how you think?
