This may seem obvious – that the quality of your relationships will determine the quality of your results. It definitely is obvious if you think about your critical business relationships, like your employees, suppliers, partners, customers, etc.
But what about ALL your relationships, including your friends and family members? In fact, your significant other may be the most critical relationship of them all.
Consider this – if that significant other relationship is broken, do you think it will be easy to stay focused on the task at hand as you’re driving aggressively toward your huge business aspirations, or would you be distracted?
