What’s your biggest challenge to achieving your Business Goals?

Wednesday, February 27th, 2008

“What’s your single biggest challenge to achieving your strategic business goals, and why is this important to you?”

This is the question that I have asked many business professionals over the past few years.  I am interested in your answer as well.  Please comment to this blog posting as a way to share your response.  If you’ll allow me to contact you for follow-up questions or dialogue, be sure to include your contact info (don’t worry - I won’t include that in the post).

Thank you

Goal Achievement in your Business - Call for Success Stories

Monday, February 25th, 2008

Many of you know that I have particular interest in how companies apply goal achievement methodologies to achieve their strategic goals.  I have a process called Strategic Goal Deployment(tm), or SGD(tm), that guides organizations from strategy and strategic goal definition, and aligns and focuses the entire company on the right initiatives to ensure the strategic goals are achieved.

I am looking for examples of companies that have processes that they use to achieve their strategic goals.  Please comment to this blog posting to tell me about.  Also, if you would like your story to be considered as part of my research (for future books or speaking engagements), then please include your contact information (don’t worry - I won’t post your contact info!) so I can reach out to you.

Thank You!
