What would you do? What changes would you make? Where would you start?

Although it may seem that you will have to stay in your current career path forever, you’ll notice that this is not only possible to align your work and your passion but people are doing this actively right now.

This week’s guest, Tomas Michaud, has made some deliberate decisions about how to align his work with his passion for music. Hear how Tomas built around his passion as a guitarist to create a music school and develop a special teaching system.

You’ll hear him describe his passion for creativity, from being a child “mad scientist” to musician, to video editor.

His opportunity to buy the music school he at which he was employed solidified his career in music, and his creativity helped him develop the guitar instruction method he teaches. In fact, you can look for his method on video so you don’t have to travel to California to learn from him!

Listen carefully as Tomas describes that he meditates twice every day – this may be an important success secret for you to pick up on!

And, be sure to hear Tomas’ latest CD, Beauty and Fire!

Be inspired by Tomas and find ways to allow yourself to “work” at your passions, too.

Thankfully, there is another way. In this week’s interview, we’ll hear our guest, Shayla Roberts, talk about how to “Play” in your “Optimal Operating State” and discover how easy it can be to get the results you want.

Shayla Roberts is professional innovator, creating programs, products, and services to facilitate human development. She has written a number of books, including “Bold Moves: JUMP to Outstanding Self-Managed Action” with co-author (and former i-saga guest) Allan Milham.

(She is also a musician and recording artist – a rather successful one at that. I have some of her music and absolutely LOVE the relaxing atmosphere it creates. You can find out more at www.ShamanHeart.com )

Our discussion follows the format in Bold Moves, and the “P” in JUMP is rather important, as it describes where we all want to ultimately end up.

What if you were to ask yourself, “In this moment, what would I like to do next?” What answers show up for you? Shayla can lead you though the potential answers to this and many other questions that might come up for you. Does the answer reflect your Optimal Operating State?

It does if you find that your are truly happy, that your life is effortless, and you’re in a place of mastery. This is where real creativity comes from – a genuine capacity to solve problems.

Remember, you have the ability to decide how you want to live your life. Shayla guides you in this interview toward a life of abundance and possibility.

Click Here for more information about Bold Moves.

This week’s guest, Cindy Hadfield, has started a number of businesses that she will tell us about, and also helps people get their businesses started. Listen to what she has done herself and how she works with her clients to jump-start their business ideas.

Cindy has done a masterful job building from one business idea to the next. As an accountant, she went from teaching accounting principles, to printing checks to support accounting software, to creating a software solution to the check printers. All from observing the problems that this industry needed to solve – she stepped in and solved them.

Listen to your potential customers questions – they hold the key to a business idea.

Find yourself in a tough situation? Ponder – “There’s got to be a better way”, let the answer show up, and create another business idea.

Cindy walks us through some of the pitfalls and success principles, so if you have started a business or are interested in starting one soon, then listen to Cindy’s advice!

You’ll discover that starting a business really is easy!

Do you have dreams that swirl in your mind instead of taking action? Are you reaching your personal or professional goals? Are you ready to move beyond where you currently are into a world of possibilities?

You’ll be amazed at what your potential really is when you listen to this interview with Teresa Huggins. Teresa helps individuals as they move into their dreams, let go of obstacles and discover strategies for success. You will find out how to discover the possibilities within the problems, so it’s OK to bring your excuses with you to this interview – Teresa will help you turn them into pure potential!

We talk about the potential we all have, and what gets in the way. We discussed what Courage is, and why its important. Teresa shares her own story to leave a safe, secure job to pursue her passion. This interview is full of nuggets you can put to use right away for yourself and your teams!

Remember, you can reframe your day to ask, “wouldn’t it be fun if …” and then let the answer to that question begin to redefine your sense of what is possible for you. Teresa talks about this frequently throughout the call. It really created a shift for me, and I have found myself asking that question since the day of the interview.

I hope that you get something that helps you Ignite Your Potential, too.

Imagine that you’re legally blind. Do you allow this to run your life, or do you find ways to turn it into an advantage for you?

Charlie Collins is legally blind, but that has not stopped him. He has made a number of decisions about how to view this challenge that have enabled him to serve massive amounts of people. Join us on the Institute of Success and Goal Achievement to hear what Charlie has done and how “see for yourself” how you can change your perspectives and therefore your results.

Charlie’s sense of humor and genuine personality is evident during this interview. His confidence and “knowing” guide him today to be the success that he is – but as you’ll hear that wasn’t always the case.

The stories that Charlie played in his head were dis-empowering, just like many of the stories you may tell yourself from time to time. Hear what he has to say about any word that starts with “DIS – “, and you’ll understand that the shift Charlie made all those years ago has redefined his life and his results.

I love how Charlie now focuses on serving other people – he is making a difference in the lives of many people. As you listen to the interview, ask yourself how you can replicate what Charlie has done in your life – I am certain you will find it rewarding.

I’m excited because these goals are completely aligned with the life I want to create, and I know that I’m actively designing my results.

I’m apprehensive because:

Some of the goals are bigger than anything I’ve done before. I can’t yet rely on the familiarity of “been there done that” because it’s new territory for me. In some cases I don’t have a clue what the next (or first) step ought to be, never mind have the whole action plan drafted with steps, due dates, etc.

I have a lot on my plate. I’m testing my sanity by taking on as much as I have in the hopper right now.

Nonetheless, I’m confident that this will be a great year and I’ll maintain the “work/life” balance I want and still achieve the goals I’ve set. Why? Here’s what I know:

Here are some common examples:

You just got your pink slip and lost your job

You had a parent, child, sibling, or close friend die unexpectedly

You just ended a long-term relationship or got divorced

You were abused as a child and have been carrying that around with you for years

You lost your life savings due to some poor investment choices

Your favorite car was totaled in an accident

You have a permanent physical disability

The list goes on – I’m sure you’ve been impacted by something traumatic at some point in your life.

First, know that you’re not alone.

Second, realize that your personal adversity is likely impacting you and your performance in other areas of your life. For many of us, some event in your past has created wounds that you unconsciously carry around, impacting every area of your lives. For some of us, these events may have occurred back in your childhood.

Would you like to learn how to overcome this adversity and turn your traumatic experience into a personal triumph?

Our guest this week, Charlon Bobo, is an empowerment mentor and entrepreneurial visionary, as well as a copywriter, editor and best-selling author. She’s here to share with us her raw and very personal story of overcoming and the 5 key insights she uses often as her life guide. You, too, will be able to overcome your personal adversity.

I promise you that you will be shocked by what Charlon went through, and amazed at the power of her decision to work through it. You will learn how to manage and overcome your personal adversity, and learn to incorporate her “Whole Life Approach” for every-day peace and success.

You, too, can learn to live a life of ease. Listen to this interview and find out how!

Or as Cybil said during the interview, “The world is waiting to receive all your gifts.”

This week’s guest on the Institute of Success and Goal Achievement, Cybil Smith, has a wonderful gift – to create beautiful, flowing poetry. She also has a passion for helping other people. She’s combined her passion and gift together, and has a business that has created an income stream for her.

Cybil’s story is inspirational as she moved through her successful career and then family time to rediscover her gift – and thankfully found a way to share it with the world.

A key question about her purpose from Jack Canfield challenged her: “How will it serve others?” In a very short time Cybil finds herself the success she deserves by answering that question and allowing the answer to lead her to sharing her poetry.

You will definitely want to listen to the poem she shares toward the end of the interview to enjoy her gift first-hand.
