Allan Milham shared with the i-saga community some fantastic stories, statistics, and a wonderful formula for making Bold Moves. How do you allow your inside conversation to provide a context where your innate curiosity flourishes in a way that aligns with your values, thrives in adventure, and moves with precision toward the right actions at the right times? It’s all about learning to quiet your inner critters and then taking action that matters.

To do this, you need to follow the J-U-M-P formula to:

Justify nothing, inside ourselves;

Understand everything, about yourself;

Move deliberately, based on self-knowledge; and

Play to win – with heart and soul

As you can see, this is an inside game that enables our outside game to prosper. With this in mind, we all need to learn how to quiet the thousands of daily distractions so we can listen to the “whisperer” – that voice of clarity within us that guides us. With this in mind, we want to set up a challenge that will demonstrate how easy it is to make this a daily practice.

Here’s the Challenge the Allan and I give to you all:

For 120 seconds per day over the next 7 days, we want you to pause whatever you are doing, and just sit quietly. Just relax in silence for 2 minutes. You can do this any time during the day that works for you, as long as you promise to do it each day. At the end of that time, see what happens. And if you want to tell us about it, you can post a reply to this blog posting.

To your Highest Success –

Pete
